Trial and plans

The first 14 days are free and need no card. After that the app works on one of the plans on the pricing page, billed monthly or yearly in advance. The plan follows the number of units you track: Starter up to 10, Building up to 40, Portfolio up to 120, Manager up to 500. When your units cross a plan’s limit, up or down, the next renewal is billed at the plan they fall in; nothing changes mid-period. Above 500 units we agree a price by email.

Payments and refunds

Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, which charges sales tax where it applies and issues the invoices. Cancel at any time from the billing portal: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, nothing more is charged, and your records stay readable and downloadable on the free Archive plan. A period already started is not refunded, except where the law requires it. If something charged is wrong, write to us within 30 days and we put it right.

Prices today: Starter $9 a month or $90 a year; Building $39 a month or $390 a year; Portfolio $99 a month or $990 a year; Manager $349 a month or $3490 a year. A change of prices is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Your records

You remain responsible for doing the work the law requires and for keeping the records it asks for.
